Knit PDF - Op Art Ottoman
$8.00 USD
The Op Art Ottoman was inspired by an ottoman I picked up at a flea market made of an antique kilim carpet. The ottoman is knit in two sections. Begin with a knitted tube with a steek, the top panel is worked in the round in stripe patterned panels reminiscent of 60's art. When complete, the steek is finished and cut. A long circular needle is used to pick up stitches around the four edges of the rectangle. The side panel is worked down and the end is bound off. Instructions are also given to build the ottoman that the knit piece will cover.
This design was originally published in my book Color By Kristin by Sixth and Spring in 2009.
