Knit PDF - Norwegian Dreams Adult Pullover

The simple rectangular shape with dropped shoulder is typical of sweaters made by many cultures around the world including the knitwear of Scandinavia. The simple shape makes it very conducive to complex Fair Isle patterning.

The Norwegian Dreams Pullover is worked in the round with steeks at the armhole and neckline. The sweater begins with a shaped pointed edging, different color garter ridge stripes, and a diamond motif panel. A graphic Fair Isle pattern is worked in the round for the main part of the body and sleeves. When complete, the steeks are reinforced and cut and the sleeves are sewn into the openings. The neckline is finished with ribbing and garter stripes.

Sizing: Chest measures 36 (40, 44, 48, 52)" 91 (101, 111, 122, 132) cm
Skill Level: For intermediate knitters.
Supplies: Five colors of worsted weight yarn. A set of 4 double pointed needles and circular needle (both 16" for sleeves and 29" for body) in US sizes 5 (3.75 mm) and 7 (4.5 mm).
